Most Expensive Publicity Stunt Ever?

Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from Fris Humphries after only 72 days of marriage, a 2 million dollar ring, 10 million dollar wedding and claims she is blocking the basketball player from receiving spousal support (which i doubt he is doing, he makes over 3 million a year himself). Instead of seeking an annulment, which im sure this guy wqould agree to, she has hired one of the most expensive lawyers who should keep this thing going for another year and cost a few more million. We will get to watch it all on her reality show..or someone will.....oh well....

We live in a very strange world. I only knew the name Kardashian from the OJ murder trial. I don't have a clue why I should know Kim Kardashian's name.

This living in the camera's eye makes for sickening spectacle.

I had my doubts about this marriage from the start. Let us all hope these kids can get their lives back in decent shape after the trauma of divorce.

I usually offer my services as a grief counselor in such situations but with her I would be worried of picking up a disease or two.

I'm guessing he bought the ring. As has been pointed out they made ~17-18mil from E! for the wedding + whatever they got paid from magazines. Assuming they split the wedding money, I think they both end up making money her coming out a little more ahead because of the ring...

Sports radio yesterday seemed to imply she had some video history ala Paris Hilton. Haven't tried to look it up but they claimed that's how she burst on the scene.
