Mortgage Rates

I had been meaning to post this here, and finally Fast Eddies post reminded me to.

Rates are DIRT LOW right now. If you want to Refinance or Purchase we are getting rates in the ~4.6 area as I type this. I cant guarantee that exact rate as they go up and down hourly but we've been staying in that generally arena.. nothing near 5 so its a great time to get in while the gettins are hot. Feel free to reply to this thread or PM me.

Just a followup. I closed on May 22 at 4.7. I took my time and all and all it worked out fine for me.
