I'm looking for a website or some publication where I can find what the rates are presently for a 1/1 ARM or a 6 month ARM... I don't need a loan or anything like that, but we're doing a self finance sort of deal and need to make sure I'm doing it legit so that the IRS doesn't come and kick me in the teeth..
