That comment you linked is completely irrelevant to the point above. Solutions to what? In this case, the solution to the problem posed int he article would be to oh, I don't know... maybe prosecute people against whom you actually have a CASE? What complaint is it that the author brings up that is only complaining with no solution?

So since you're deriding the source, I assume you're claiming that Holder was NOT in factr required to pay out based on a frivolous prosecution? That the court did NOT, in fact, say what the article quotes it as saying?

Still waiting and wondering if the media will actually pay attention to this. You'd think that the DOJ having to pay out for filing a frivilous lawsuit against someone who holds the same viewpoint as roughly half the country would be... oh I don't know, maybe worth mentioning at some point.
