What is wrong with local government supporting local constituents and their wishes?

The Democratic governor of WV is in favor of the drug testing as well?

Not really sure what the title of your post means?

If a kid wants a license, at every step he has to test , I would have no problem with that at a state or county level of government. If the Federal government was involved, then there would be an issue.

Since I've never heard anyone for "limited government" argue that we shouldn't have limits on who gets to drive, I'm not sure what the point is. If you think it's a dumb idea, that's fine, but implying that it's hypocritical doesn't make sense.

It's a lib shocked that a Republican doesn't want government to do absolutely nothing. He struggles with the difference between "limited" and "nonexistent". They have trouble with subtleties.
