Montreal Bachelor Party?

Please share your experience with celebrating bachelorhood in Montreal. I am planning a bachelor party for 8 thirtysomethings in July and I have never been there.

This is not a "budget" trip. So I am looking for recomendations for nice hotels, restaurants, etc. We will be there Thursday through Sunday. And would like to stay central to Montreal's fabled nightlife.
