MMA gyms in Austin

Does anyone here train in any specialty MMA gyms here in Austin? Looking for a good BJJ gym to start training at. I heard Pat Militech is opening one in North Austin somewhere but not sure details on that.

Frank Benn is a good instructor. I trained there very briefly and he explains things very well.

I've heard good things about the Gracie one too, but only attended an intro class (main instructor wasn't there). I was gasping for air after warmups
