Mixed reviews for the Hottie the Nottie

Paris Hiltons new movie, "the Hottie and the Nottie" made a total of 27,696 dollars during the first three days of its release. It was released on 111 screens, meaning an unthinkable 250 dollars per screen, or roughly 31 people per day

when movies are panned like this, it reminds me of the original Chronicle review of "Scary Movie" (IIRC) in which the reviewer said "I would rather have a testicular accident with a nail gun than be forced to watch this movie again." They later edited that line out of the standing review for its duration in the theater. I think that is the worst thing i've ever read written about something awful.

A friend of mine from high school (Plano) is in this "movie." Because he's more like a frenemy than a true friend, I have to laugh.

The IMDB page has ~3000 votes for the film. I doubt that many people have seen it. now if the vote total was 150, I would believe it.

The movie critic - Gary Cogill? - who is on Jeff Ward's radio show on Friday afternoons said it was the worst movie he'd ever seen. He said it did $29,000 last weekend in just over 100 theaters. He and Ward estimated that was 2 to 3 people per showing.
