Missouri / Nevada

It's the first time I've seen Missouri this year and they're looking good. Tigers are up 38-10 at the half and Daniel has 283 yds in the air. I'm looking forward to October.

It's actually 38-17 at the half thanks to a long TD pass by Nevada on the final play of the half. Daniel and the offense is fantastic, but their defense is still weak. They won't win the conference with that defense as you can't outscore everybody 45-35 every single week.

Daniel pulled midway through the 3rd....goes 23/28 for 405, and 4 TD, 0 INT. Scary good, even against Nevada.

In 3 games has 986, 10 TD, 1 INT.

What's up with Missouri faking a field goal up big late in the game. I thought only Texas did that

Mizzou is really good. Our D better strap on their chin straps and bring it AND our O better put up some big numbers. We may have to score 50 to beat these guys.

I think it's going to be on our O to outscore Mizzou. They're going to get their points even if our secondary improves, and you can only ask so much. We should score 30 points against them on a mediocre day, but that won't be enough. We need to be firing on all cylinders and avoid turnovers.

Not looking ahead or anything...

Every one of our RBs should come out of that game exhausted. We should be able to bring their secondary pretty close to the line and/or just run it between tackle all night.
