Missed Game, Quick Question

What happened that Chas took only three shots? Was she being face guarded? It looked from the box score that the guards took very few shots and that the posts took a zillion and missed almost all of them. The Syracuse defense must have been something else.

They were zoned, and Aston still has NO CLUE how to coach offense against a zone: a 2 3 zone or a 3 2 zone does not matter. In the case of Syracuse, mostly a 3 2 zone with a press to start, so Chas could never get free. More of the same to come. Very frustrating to watch.

I was lost how why we did not have play's design for a zone defense. The guard's never penetrated the zone.And the ball movement was too slow.No back door cut's. Chas did not look like she came to play last night either did the team.They looked scare to me for some reason.And the press from the Orange Women was not the tough.
