Davis participated in a couple of side-line interviews, and he is very talkative and out-spoken. I have not read (here) any comments on what White said in the couple of times he was interviewed, especially after White had given his verbal.

I believe Joyner was taunting Davis pretty low in a very unsportmanlike manner (loud and the TV mic picked it up pretty good).... Later Davis had the last laugh when he scored the TD right in Joyner's face...

MD had been jawing with a db at the UA practices, apparently. Boy will dish it out too. Not sure if it had been Joyner he was going at it with at practice. When I saw Joyner talking **** to Davis after the horrible overthrow I knew it was weak sauce and Davis would get him. Joyner was just happy Davis didnt get a chance at that one.

So when MD caught that touchdown and got in Joyner's face I was all:

you know, the irony here is that there is a mike davis who is a wide receiver among our new class of recruits.

obviously not the same guy since the rivals brain trust says our guy is a low 4-star player. one little notch lower and he'll be a 3-star. i know the star system leaves a lot to be desired, but it couldn't be THAT wrong, could it?
