I seriously doubt Anderson was offered and turned down $3 million a year. That kind of money is only going to be offered to the Izzos of the college basketball world. Anderson is a very good coach, but he isn't at the level to command that kind of salary yet. I don't care if Nike money is funding the search and offer.

the offer to turgeon was reportedly 2-2.2 mil. i agree that the 3 mil dollar figure is garbage.

i think they end up with carlesimo. he's probably waiting by the phone right now.
