Microsoft Word Problem

Whenever I try to open a Word document I get an error message that says "Word cannot open this document template". Any ideas.

I found several possible solutions here:

Close Word and Outlook (if you use it). Find the file on your hard drive called normal.dot and rename. When you launch Word and it does not find normal.dot, it will create a new one.

In most cases, this will correct the problem.
