Microsoft Office Font Question

I have a font on my computer that my GF doesn't have on hers. Is there a way that I can find and copy the font file and load it on her computer?

I did it once before--find the name of the font--
do a search for that name and hopefully you will find the file.
I saved it to the folder that had the others and it read it. Once I started to pull it up through the APP--is loaded up.

It'll most likely be in C:WINDOWSFonts

You might want to save it as an image for this purpose.
