I have a problem with a database I am using where the links where I have document stored works for some of my users but not for one user. It has to be some sort of personal setting but I cannot figure it out. Anyone know what might be causing this? When he clicks on the link it does nothing...when others clink on it, the message opens up in microsoft outlook like it should? Help!

Also lately powepoint has been giving me an error message saying something about hyperlink not working..is it maybe an office setting that is screwing me up? Also the links in access DID work before I left for a weeks vacation..i cant help but thing a network update changed some setting

Is the link you are referring the actual link to the database or is it a call from Access to a linked file?

What version of Access are you running?

Have you checked the ODBC drivers on a machine that works versus one that doesn't work. )This would only be in the case of Access already running and failing to connect to a linked file that the query runs against.)
