Mexican Food or BBQ - Grand Prairie / Arlington

Hornfans, here is your mission:

Recommend a good, non-chain Mexican food or BBQ restaurant in Grand Prairie, or perhaps Arlington (South of I-30, please). This will be for a wedding rehearsal dinner next weekend.

I suggested David's for BBQ, but the fear is that we'll be eating late (8:30?) and they may run out of their most delicious ribs. And that, friends, would be a travesty of justice.

davids is great for bbq.

for mexican id do either joe ts or uncle julios in fort worth. both are worth the drive.

if you have to stay in arlington, try glorias in the highlands.
