Mexia - Lunch?

Let's say that Sunday you'll be in the vicinity of Mexia, Texas.

Let's say that you want to find a local place to eat.

Let's say that you like great BBQ or great burger places.

Would there be any suggested options under such a scenario?

I did a google search and Kirby's and Wright's came up in Mexia. But I am completely unfamiliar with either of those places.

Suggestions welcome...I'm also willing to consider other dining options as long as the portions are generous and the menu is extremely unhealthy.

Maybe you could find that fried chicken joint Anna Nicole Smith used to work at.

I'm no expert about Mexia diining, but the Chicken Shack was pretty good for a fast food type meal. They also had a restaurant called the Drilling Rig that had decent food. However, the last time I was there (over a year ago), I believe the Rig was closed for renovations.
