We'll desperately need help for 2016-17, as we're down at least 6 major contributors after this season. That alone should convince a couple more guys to sign the dotted line. Nichols is the kind of guy you make room for, regardless of what position he'll end up at. He's a glue guy and we haven't had someone as tough as him in a few years.

Seeing Jacob Young and his ability to play the combo guard position should be a good recruiting tool as well.
