NYTimes and ACLU filed a FOIA request for the BO WH memo that authorized the drone killing of a US citizen.
There were no checks and balances, no classified court hearings.
Just murder. Yes he was a evil man so why did we give due process to other evil terrorists who are not citizens?
Why are we giving du process to the terrorists we just captured but murder this US citizen outright. Why did he not get the protection granted l US citizens in our Constitution?
