I have a friend who ran in the Olympics 12 yrs. ago for a Caribbean country not to be named. He said most of the top sprinters in the world are juicing. He personally thinks it should be allowed for what it is worth.

I bet many of the top sprinters were juicing 12 years ago. I bet today that number is significantly less. The risk of being caught is too high.
