Have a buddy who is looking to buy a condo somewhere south along the Mayan Coast. He's got a realtor who sent him a bunch of stuff around Akumal. Anybody know much about that area? I'm familiar with all that is going on near Playa, but don't know a whole lot about the Akumal area other than it is a bunch of bays, a little rocky, and popular with the divers.
