Matthew McConaughey for coach

he has been married for over 10 years with NO hint of cheating or scandal. He is faithful to his wife and a involved father to his children.
maybe you never did crazy stuff . But most of us have and have grown into decent people.

Why do you think he is sleazy?

Yeah, I'm not a huge fan of MM but he truly loves UT and our teams. Therefore I'm ok with his presence if he is somehow a positive factor and the coaches and players want him around....
 
MM was friends with some Pikes when I was there. He was well liked. I’ve met him a couple times, I don’t know what he’s really like but I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt. He’s friendly, never rude like some celebs.
 
MM rubes me the wrong way. Always has. He’s so full of himself. Exudes cockiness. For my money he embodies what people around the country think about and don’t like about some Texans, and I’m a Texan.
 
I like him and think it's cool he went to UT, but at the same time its a little corny, however, I'm with Worster on this one, if the team thinks it's cool then I'm all for it.
 
Don't care either way, a buddy of mine was with his GF at a bar when MM showed up and tried to pick her up. He has nothing good to say about him. That was about 20 years ago so in the great words of Mohammad Ali.

I'm pretty sure MM has changed a lot since 1998.
 
If this is the worse that any one can say about someone (collectively), he probably isn’t that bad.
Still, back to the OP, team played loose. You think too tight TH had anything to do with it?
