I've gone to that Massage school off Bee Caves, and that place is pretty cool because it's only $32 for a whole hour and a half, but you're in a room with like 10 other people, so it's kinda creepy. Anyone gone to a really cool place?
If you're ever in Vegas, get a massage in the Spa in The Mirage ... request a female. Afterwards, just hunger down in the spa ... it is the perfect guy's place to hang out
There used to be some oriental scrub-n-tugs outside of San Antonio on I-35 (south). I hear they did a good job and probably weren't licensed.
I've only had two messages in my life, female of course, from the Hard Rock Hotel in Vegas. I was a bit surprised at how high up the leg and close to 'lil Pancho they rubbed.
Where's a good, relatively inexpensive place in Houston...I need more of these things - great way to really relax.
I don't think I'd go to an unlicensed one, they could pinch a nerve or something and really jack you up.
Well, I've only gone to 5 different places in my life, but I thought 2 of the girls were much more effective than the other 3. Don't want ben gay rubbed on me by a 300 lb guy, and not into the prostitution thing, although I wouldn't mind an attractive girl doing it as long as she knew what she was doing. Just a nice place to go to get a good massage.
If you don't mind paying $60-$75/hour for a great massage, go to one of the many day spas in Austin. Aziz, Bella, Austin's Body and Soul, etc, etc. Or go to the Four Seasons or Stephen F Austin Hotel. They all give great, one on one, massages.
I also did the massage school thing. Austin School of Massage Therapy is where I went. There were about 40 people in one large room and I paid $25 for an hour massage by a person about to be licensed. It was definitely worth it, but if you want a great one, you'll pay a bit more.
