Saw this report that Tommy Mason-Griffin has left Norman and does not intend to finish the semester. Tiny Gallon is under investigation for accepting $3000 from a "financial advisor." Warren to go pro.

I doubt that. Clark and Taylor are a couple of pretty good recruits, and they still have Davis, Pledger, and Fitzgerald returning. OU will be without much of an inside presence, but I still think that there will be several worse teams out of the 70+ schools in BCS conferences.

Um, what does "get the bread **** school" mean? Is he into something kinky or does he know things about OU that could get them into trouble?

OU admits to an ongoing internal investigation concerning the financial advising of Gallon, but only to avoid having to comply with an open records request.

I think he can submit his facebook posts and they would earn him a journalism degree at ou.

I hate saying it, but OU's basketball season (and it's outlook for next season) gives me some small comfort for how the Longhorns' season turned out.

Bierce, Warren is still undecided last time I checked. TMG is gone and I expect Tiny to declare after he and his mom accepted money from the "financial advisor" scumbag.

Having said all that, I hope Capel learned a valuable lesson from this past season. Recruiting good kids who want to play as a team is much more important than going out and trying to get as many burger boys as possible. This season was a cluster.... from the beginning and I saw little, if any, desire to compete on the defensive end other than from Crocker and Davis. For the most part, it seemed our younger guys didn't understand or didn't give a **** about anything but themselves.

I'm not going to say good riddance to those who are gone, but I'm not exactly crying about their decision to leave. I'd rather have kids that buy into a system and play hard for 40 minutes rather than a bunch of prima donnas. I'm certainly not sold on Capel either. In the 2 seasons that he didn't have Blake Griffin, he has a combined losing record. He has been a head coach for 8 years now....so I'm not going to cut him much slack for the mistakes he has made. If there isn't significant improvement in effort and fundamentals next year from his team.....he needs to be gone. With the youth we will have, I don't expect much improvement in the W/L columns, but I do expect effort.
