Martez Walker suspended indefinitely

What is it going to take for these kids?

Disheartening. I'd really been pulling him being that he was from Detroit.

He had the courage to venture far from home to potentially make a better life for himself and his grandmother and now he may have thrown that away.

A more fuller story was in the AAS.

The young man made a mistake, but I hope Barnes doesn't throw him out. Give him a severe penalty -- a season-long suspension, perhaps -- but help him and keep him around. Martez needs help.

Nope. In the wake of the receivers tag-teaming someone and the Ray Rice stuff, he should be treated no differently. Do you really think the other players will respect him being out there? Heck... it's the reason Klotz redshirted.

Kick him off and kick him off now.

According to other bruises on Gardner and her story Walker has made this "mistake" on other occassions.

Sorry, you certainly don't get multiple strikes for this kind of offense. This is criminal assault and it happened more than once.

The only mistake made was by Gardner, who should have never had anything to do with Walker after the first time it happened. That is not a criminal offense though.

Any chance he had of returning likely evaporated with the new arrest for criminal trespass by returning to the housing area...
