Mark Cuban's motion to dismiss/middle finger

Below is a link to a recent pleading from the legal dispute between Mark Cuban and Ross Perot, Jr. Although from a lawyer's perspective I think the motion is technically deficient, it's still quite awesome.

As a non-lawyer, I find the motion to be technically hilarious.

Perot Jr. as Mavs owner would have been a nickel counter who wouldn't be paying a luxury tax or winning a championship, barring luck in the draft lottery only the Houston Rockets or San Antonio Spurs fan can imagine. I don't think Perot was inept so much as uninterested, but I'm sure glad Cuban is majority owner.
