I love hearing people throw out marinade ideas and just wanted to get your take on a few. here's one of mine that turned out ok but it was salty.

Girard's Champagne dressing
Greek seasoning
roughly half a jar of jalapenos and half the juice

i put about 4 chicken breasts in here and let sit for a few days. not bad.

also, any pros/cons on letting something sit in marinade for too long, too short? I know things with acid can cook certain types of meat (fish) but wanted some opinions.
