Man or zone

I know that man to man was coach conradts only preference, coach g mixed things up zone man and back again, and I believe coach Aston is a man defense fan. .. What is your personal preference? What do you think works best? What's more fun to watch? What would you like to see the girls play?

I liked Coach G's approach where there is a mix of the two. While I would think that man will be the primary D, there is a time when zone serves as a change of pace that can throw an opponent off as well as make it more difficult for opponents to prepare to play against.

It will be interesting to see what Coach Aston does. I don't really remember what she had NTU play against us last season other than they gave us fits.

Man to man... anything goestenkors utilized failed miserably at Texas.

I don't remember how many times I watched Texas get beat playing man-t-man defense when Jody was the coach. I never understood why she couldn't recognize when she didn't have the personnel to match up man-to-man and throw out a zone once in awhile.

I prefer a mix of both depending on the opponent.
