man arrested in Erin Andrews perv pics case

I've not followed this much - what's the "perv" aspect of this? I thought it was just a camera peeper, taking video of a celebrity primarily known for her sexy appearance. Honestly, with child-rapists like Roman Polanski and the late Michael Jackson lurking about, nude pics of a hot hetero adult celebody seems like a pinnacle of normality...

Didn't even know about this until today, but wow! The video is really crappy quality, but Erin looks great as expected.

I think a peeping tom is generally considered a pervert. It somewhere between reading a girly magazine and rape, but definitely on the pervert side. Since he did not have consent (which the guy reading the girly magazine has from the novel but doesn't have from the subject of the peeping), in my mind that is where the line is drawn.

He ended up just being some stalker perve and followed her around to various cities. I wonder why the hotels were able to give him Andrew's room information so freely so that he could get the room adjacent to hers?

He's not just a peeping tom, he's a stalker who shot video of someone without their knowledge, then put it out on the interweb for everyone to see.

If that's not a definition of a perv, I don't know what is.

He violated her privacy, and so did everyone who viewed the video.

48 frickin' years old! Grow the **** up man. I thought it would turn out to be someone younger. What a loser.

Longhorny,

Of course, you're right. My statement was directed to the poster who said the video did more for her career than anything she's done as a reporter. My point was that if her naked body was to be used to further her career, it should be her choice.

I wasn't condoning anyone taking off their clothes to further their career. It bothers me how many young actresses seem so eager to take their clothes off in movies.

Erin is not happy about this whether or not it boosts her career. It will be interesting to see what kind of justice comes out of this. It's the perv's turn to be embarrassed.

An employee of a hotel that gives out room information to someone over the phone needs to be fired, yesterday.

If I were here I would be exploring the merits of suing the hotels that gave out this information.

I never cease to be amazed at the nerve of some people.
