I have lil to no experience with Mac. But I do recall one of my colleagues at work, who's a Mac user, say that Mac in general is much more secure than Windows. And also Chrome has some security features built in as well.

I use Chrome on windows and after seeing this, I fired it up and tried opening the same web page. Chrome loads hornfans home page. And then I click on the Dell thread and bingo, I got the exact same message!

Edit: I don't get that warning in Chrome for any of the other threads, just for the Dell thread. If this is indeed what it looks like - chrome's security capabilities - that deserves some serious kudos to Google!

I have a windows machine, use firefox with a pop-up blocker installed, and don't see it.

I think it's a trigger of some kind aimed at marketing malware prevention. Can't figure out why it happens just in Chrome just on that one thread.

it was the signature of a poster. chrome doesn't like the terrycrews website as supposedly it may have been compromised by malware.
