maid service in Austin

Does anyone know of a good maid service in Austin? I'd prefer an individual versus an agency if possible, primarily due to cost. NW part of town if it makes a difference. Thx.

i know you said no agency, but just in case it ends up like that,
i used More Hands, and they did a really really good job cleaning my whole condo post construction, and only charged about $80 (for about 800 sq feet, they did all the windows inside and outside too). The Link
