Not sure he is mature enough but then the NFL is full of immature players.

He probably looked at this year's class and what could be entering the draft next year and realized that ready or not he will do much better in this draft than with next year's crowded class.

If he has a good combine, maybe he can get a good draft slot. If he has a horrible combine, Houston will take him with their #1 pick so he can be coaching at Linden before the end of the decade.
