Do you think the Federal Gov didn't know that dumping hundreds of illiterate, non-English speaking, unvaccinated, illegal alien kids with God-Knows_What Third World diseases on a small town like Lynn, Mass. would be a problem or they just didn't give a sh!+. These students were dumped on Lynn last summer as part of the redistribution of the child "refugees" flooding accross the southern U.S. Border. The Feds know that Lynn schools cannot deny enrollment to anybody - even if they are illegals. Apparently once the Feds dump these kids, it's the State's responsibility to provide services. The Feds hit and run.
According to Mayor Judith Flanagan Kennedy of Lynn, Massachusetts, her little town saw more than 600 new school admissions, with nearly a third from Guatemala, and roughly 126 were illegal, undocumented minors.
Now the city of Lynn has:
1) A big tuberculois scare; "More than 800 patients and 30 Lynn Community Health Center employees are being tested to determine if they have acquired tuberculosis after one health care worker tested positive for the disease." In fact, the mayor started a tuberculois clinic because of a spike in cases.
2) An Overstressed Public School System trying to provide services for these kids who are not literate in any language and many of whom cannot speak English.
3) Overstressed public medical services as they pay to vaccinate these kids who, more often than not, don't have health insurance.
4) And that's just services to the kids, Who knows what it costs to provide food, housing, and basic services to any adults that accompanied them.

Know one knows how many times this scene is happening in small towns across the U. S., but there were reportedly 200,000 of these "refugees" this year alone. I read that Karnes City, Tex got about 300 of them.
