Lucchese Boots

I have heard that you can go to El Paso to the Lucchese factory and get boots at a discount. Has anyone done this before and if so, how much of a discount can be expected and any other details would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I don't know if you live in Austin, but Sheplers sells some Luchese factory seconds. While some of these are pretty messed up, I saw several pair where I couldn't even find anything wrong. I got a pair with some VERY small scuffs on the heel for less than half of retail.

If you EVER want to buy something at Sheplers walk across the street to the restaurant at the Hilton (or whatever it's called Now) and they have a freebie rag with a 20% off coupon.

Well there you go then.

I went to El Paso and bought a couple of pairs of Ropers - but only because I was moving to Cali and it was on the way. A little cheaper, but nothing all that dramatic.
