I'm beginning to believe that we haven't reached out to Herman.
Just my humble worthless opinion, but I have a suspicion that Fenves and Perrin are hoping someone snatches Herman up soon so they can use that as an excuse to keep Strong.

I could be way off, just something that shot across my shallow brain.
