LSU-NW St

Nw La had a chance to make this a very close game before half and walked away w no points on that last drive. Deflating

LSU is very beatable. After hearing the guys on our LHN pregame tonight say we didn't run many zones "because we can't execute" them, I think the kitties could be in for a tough go vs teams with an experienced secondary. Burrows didn't look as comfortable tonight early on

They are beatable but who among this $EC tough schedule can do it other than Alabama:

Vanderbilt
Utah State
Florida
Mississippi State
Auburn
Alabama
Mississippi
pigs
aggy

In fact, LSU has committed a cardinal sin in $EC land by playing all of their non-conference games by 05 October instead of holding one back for the next to last game. I guess they decided that Arkansas would be easy enough the week before aggy so they scheduled the walk-over (Utah State) the week before Florida.

So LSU has games remaining against 4 ranked teams and Texas has 1 and your point would be?

Put the $EC Kool-Aid down and seek medical help. Florida (which was over ranked in The first place) had to rely on force majure to beat UK, but lost their QB so they are done. Auburn is a mid-pack Big XII team, and aggy is well aggy. Mississippi State lost to K-State so they have been exposed. That leaves 1 worthy ranked team that will beat LSU by 21+.

Truth is, we don't know how good LSU or Texas are this year. Other than playing each other, neither of us has played a team with a pulse so far.

In this weeks game, LSU's secondary played zone and was gashed in the first half. Played man in the second half and stopped the bleeding.

LSU once again couldn't run the ball very well.

Once again LSU couldn't get pressure on the QB. That should make you guys nervous about the 5 sacks LSU had against UT.

All I can say for sure at this point is that LSU's passing game is for real.

Next few weeks we should find out a lot more about our two teams.

The SEC is overcooked every stinkin year. I wouldnt go by the rankings to bolster your argument. The SEC will beat up on eachother and as usual because so many of those teams are ranked they will just reshuffle the rankings and there will always be 4 or 5 ranked SEC teams by default.

For your sake and ours I hope the only loss you guys have the rest of the way is Bama, and Id prefer you beat them.

However, for the sake of humanity dont you dare lose to aggy unless you want to hear them bleating uncontrollably for the next year.
