LSU had more talent

The MLB draft #s basically helps prove it. We did a great job this season. Still amazed that we beat ASU 2 times to be honest and in what fashion.

That said, when are we going to get that talent again? Looking up and down the roster comparing this team to the 2005 team, we just had more talent then. We played above our heads this year.

Getting some more of those athletes would be nice to help out the starting pitching...........

Don't tell Murphy and Lienart, but sometimes the best team does actually win.

As for talent, our pitching is young and this year shows that strong pitching can carry you a long way. Add some serious bats and we'll be in Omaha again next year.
