Lowest International Air Fare?

I was wondering which sites are the best to buy international air fare. I am going to London this summer and need to get a ticket soon but I have no idea where to look.

Where/when do you want to go?

I am going to be headed to Europe in Mid JUne probably around the 15 OR 16 and I am going to be headed back sometime around August 9th both dates are pretty soft though because I want to get the best deal. I am going to study in London but I was thinking about flying in somewhere in the South maybe Italy, and working my way to London. Thanks for the help.
