Lot 11?

I'm looking at purchasing a parking permit for the Rice game since several of you have tickets that I'm interested in. I'm looking at something called "lot 11" which on the parking map basically just looks like Speedway & 21st in the Gregory-McCombs-CoE area. Does that just mean street parking in the area?

Not sure but it does look like street parking. I found another site that gives an overview of F 11 on 21st and Speedway:
