I haven't watched the show since last season's finale. I guess in the spring, the episode where they moved the Island .

Is this a good time to come back to it? Without revealing any plot details...how has the season been?

First of all, you can check out last week's episode in the 7 o'clock (CMT) hour right before they show the new episode, so you haven't really missed buy maybe 2 episodes.

Secondly, I think you can watch any other's on hulu.com, and yes, if you are going to jump in, you might want to do it now. It's moving fairly fast, imo. It has also been pretty good, but they have continued down the whole "time travel" storyline they started last year, and those usually make my head hurt.
