LOST connections...

So, this isn't connected to the last episode of LOST but more to the series, as a whole.

Some people noticed Sawyer was reading a copy of The Invention of Morel about 3-4 episodes ago. For grins, I bought a copy of the book in Spanish (the writer, Adolfo Bioy Casares is from Buenos Aires) to read and brush up on my language skills.

Anyway, I decided to do some digging on the background of the book - there are some interesting connections between the plot and LOST... you have to pick through them as some of the plot linea are clearly not relevant but, as you can imagine, the coincidences are anything but...

There are many books that have impacted Lost. Here is a list of books that have either shown up on the show, or are known to be an influence. Some have more of an impact than others.
