seemed like a bit of a filler episode

Jack as a workman ... ha!

My fiancee did not believe me when i said i thought that the other plane was 30 years in the future, in 2007. She thought they were also in the past, but when Sun got the barracks, i think it was gut wrenching for her to admit I was right

Young Ben at the end though, nice!

i thought it was pretty obvious by the condition of the hydra station that the new plane crash ppl (sorry, having a bad day and can't remember any names or the stupid airline) were in that it was 2007.

as for the episode, i liked it. sawyer handed it to jack. i find it pretty funny that DI is so wrapped up in security, yet they let a little boy take a 'sandwich' to Sayid locked up.

it's going to be interesting to see the work Sun has to do to get to Jin. i also wonder why she wasn't taken back in time. my only thoughts on that are b/c it wasn't the same situation, that her landing in 2007 is the "unpredictable" E. Hawking was talking about.

Ben's dad (uncle rico) was the skeleton wearing the Workman jumpsuit. I don't think Adam & Eve had recognizable clothing.

Sorry I know Kate's hot and all, but I really hate her character right now. Sawyer convinces Juliet to stay on the island with him and they are practically married and now Kate's coming in to bust it up.

Also, what happened to Faraday? When Jack asked if he was there Sawyer said "Not anymore." WTF? Did I miss something?

Although I totally called Ben and Christian(Jacob) before their identities were revealed, Ethan as the baby was a shocker.

Why did Sun not go back to 77 with the other Oceanic 6? My guess was that she was carrying the baby when she left, so now she is a different person. That is a stretch though.

Looks like a nice cat fight coming up over the refined Sawyer. They used to fight over Jack, who now must be asking himself, "I come back for this?"

Also looks like Sayid plans on taking Ben out. That should be a fatal choice for someone.

I thought that was one of the worst single episodes but it may have been the brackets I was trying to fill out at the same time.

I figured the plane didn't make the leap back in time when I saw the runway. I'm guessing at some point in time future Ben tells himself to build it before he crashes.

Sun didn't go back because the island needs her for something. That is why Christian showed up to help her.

I liked it - I have a feeling this is going to be one of those episodes that we're going to be referring back to at season's end saying "oh yeah, that's what that meant!"

I absolutely saw Jack's janitor role coming, but definitely a nice touch. I thought it was interesting too that apparently the island wants her in the past but has to get her to do something first.

So it looks to me like there must be some pivotal event in the island's history that takes place 30 years before the crash that apparently has put all of this other stuff out of whack, and the plan is for them to fix it?
