My girlfriend is selling a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath condo just NW of campus. What are you thinking about in terms of what size you want and what your price range is and all that?

Looking for a 2/2 or 2/2.5 in the 100-160 range; would prefer a south/central location; i can't find **** on the web and ive tried dealing with a realtor and no offense to any realtors but the ones I've spoke to are jackasses.

there's a new low highrise (6 floors maybe?) on South 1st between Annie and Barton Springs. I think it's a stone's throw to El Mercado, maybe.

Hers is off 29th and West... listing at 149,500. It is pretty nice since she is the owner and also lives in it. It is on the path of every realtor. It just went on the market a week or so ago and 20 or more people have looked at it in that short time. Just get a realtor worth something and he or she will take you to some places around town.
