We are looking for a part time nanny/babysitter/mother's helper to come to our house and help watch our child for 10-15 hrs./week. I was thnking that a college student looking for a little extra $ would be a good start. Does anyone have any experience with a situation like this or have some input that might help?

Was your wife or any other woman you know in a sorority at UT? (Or whatever university is in the city you live in) She can contact the chapter and ask for the "babysitting list" (usually the girls sign up if they want to babysit). It's a great place to find college girls that probably have their own transportation, and are generally social so it shouldn't be too difficult to find someone who knows them that can give a reference. College girls looooove babysitting.
