Looking for nice restaurant in San Antonio

I have to do a dinner presentation in San Antonio for approx. 30 clients and I am looking for advice on restaurants. I need something that has a private room where I can set up a screen, proxima, mic, etc.... Any thoughts? I want something that will have a draw to it and that is centrally located.

Cappy's on Broadway has a pretty nice upstairs where you can reserve for a business meeting. Otherwise you're just looking at one of the many run-of-the-mill downtown hotels. I can't really recommend one of those over the others.

I've hosted clients at the Ruth's Chris downtown location near Sunset Station. Pricey, but never fails to impress with excellent steaks and a nice wine menu.

Another restaurant I've used in La Margarita located in El Mercado next door to Mi Tierra. It has a great (and inexpensive) Mexican food menu, festive environment, and spacious meeting rooms.

Good luck.

Paesanos Quarry would get my vote also. The new Kirbys on 1604 near Stone Oak is getting good reports, but its overpriced for what you get. Better to try Mortons downtown for Steaks.

we did a lunch at the little rhein steakhouse. They are closed for lunch, but will open for a party of your size.
