Looking for a roomate

Well boys and girls, unfortunately I am getting a divorce. Starting Dec 1 (Possibly sooner) I will be renting out my front two bedrooms. Looking for 600 a month, that will include electric, gas, waste water, water, trash, cable and cable modem. You would have both rooms and the guest bathroom. Anyone interested hit me up on the PMs. I like in Hutto, but I'm on the border line with Pflugerville, not deep in our anything. Less than 15 minutes from Dell, and 25 to downtown, or faster if you drive like me =) Looking for a 6 - 12 month commitment.

I had suggested this board to him and if it does not work, I guess he can try Quack's. He for sure does not want a roomie from 316. Not if he wants his deposit back. The thought was Austin specific. No sense in having someone from Dallas reply unless they were coming down.
