Come by every other week and do the basics. Any suggestions/recommendations? Price?
Looking for a Housekeeper in Austin

Our maid comes once/month to do heavy cleaning (bathrooms, kitchen, mop, vacuum, dust, etc.). We pay $50 for a 1600 sf house and we have no children or pets; it's a pretty easy gig for her.
That's the rate she quoted when we hired her 4 years ago. You should probably expect to pay a little more today based on inflation or the size of your house. She might charge less if she's coming more frequently but I'm not sure.
She does a good job; however, don't expect her to put things back (like picture frames, etc.) exactly where they were. PM me if you're interested in contacting her.
And let me just say, this is one the BEST things we've ever done and well worth the money.
