Anyone know of a good real estate agent for rentals in Austin? I'm tired of wading through all the ads in the statesman and assume that most are available now. We aren't moving until early September but want to find something now or at least compare to where we are now to make sure its worth the move.
Just moved back and I'm not real knowledgeable about the real estate market in town. We have a 3-2-2 with about 1700 sq. ft. and pay $1400 for a corner lot with a big yard with some big trees. Its up in the neighborhood west of the Yellow Rose if that helps. Would rather leave more central or near zilker but don't know if we have a good deal already. Input?
