I had drinks with a young man that played college and minor league ball just a few years ago in California. He met or played with many of the former UT players that were playing in the minor leagues that played for Augie in the last 8 years.

He said that there was something different about the UT players - they were very good, but they had an attitude and were tough. They expected to win and played harder than other players.

Augie is really something special. It is hard sometimes to remember during these dark Omaha-less years.
