Hope everyone is basking in the glow of the win yesterday. At least for a few hours, we looked like ourselves again.
I'm helping to clean out my parents house this week and found a bunch of old AAStatesman and Houston Chronicle papers from my time in Austin, about 1990 - 2000. I guess I just kept each Sunday issue, put them in a stack and forgot about them.
I flipped through them, and most of our games are covered in there from that period; OU games, '90 Cotton Bowl (ouch), '96 B12 championship, Ricky breaking Dorsett's record against A&M, etc. I've even got a few from the two Rose Bowl visits in 05 and 06.
Is anyone interested in this collection? If so, just PM and let me know.
P.S. Mixed in there are a bunch of Houston Rockets papers as well; the '86 run, and the '94 and '95 seasons.
